Casa Aguita

We came with a baby, and the apartment was set up perfectly for us, with a cot available if requested. There’s plenty to enjoy in the garden, including a hammock, and the bookshelf is full of good things to read. The landlady was so friendly and helpful. The place has everything you could need, and we’d happily return again and again.

We felt at home thanks to the host’s warm hospitality and the kitchen, which was equipped with everything we needed. Casa Aguita was spotless, and its tasteful furnishings made the stay even more memorable. It surpassed what we expected, and we had a thoroughly positive experience.

Getting around by car was convenient for trips to the beaches, hiking areas, and nearby towns. The landlady was always available and shared helpful tips about the area. Inside, the apartment stayed cozy even in winter because it’s very well insulated. It has one bedroom, a large dining and living area, and a garden with a table, parasol, and hammock.

The garden has a lovely backdrop of the Atlantic, quietly there behind the sounds of this old fishing village. This was our second stay at Casa Aguita, and we’d like to thank the owner again. She lives in the house and was a lovely, helpful hostess. We’re already looking forward to coming back. We’ve gone without a rental car in Tenerife for years. With the TITSA app and Bonocard, the bus service works really well and gives us more flexibility when exploring the countryside, without needing to return to a parked car. The bus stop is under a 10-minute walk away, and several lines run along the main road. You can see that road from Las Aguas, though the only noise we heard was the occasional emergency vehicle with flashing lights. Guests with a campervan can park without a problem. There’s a supermarket just a few steps down the road with everything you need. The village has restaurants too, and the neighboring village of San Juan has four more, each with its own charm and popular with locals. The apartment is modern and compact, in a charming old village, with everything we needed and a well-stocked bookshelf for evenings or rainy days.
