The barbecue area and pool are fantastic, and the view is too. The place is clean and has enough equipment, though the kitchen could use a few things such as sharp knives. Thanks so much to the owner. Our luggage couldn’t be flown, and because we arrived very late, she quickly supplied us with toiletries. With a car, and if you’re comfortable on narrow, steep roads, this is a wonderful place to stay. Great apartment on a great island!

The house is well furnished and has everything needed for a holiday, in a very peaceful spot with spectacular sea views and sunrises. It’s a great place for exploring and hiking, and you can also drive to La Laguna. The trail from the house to La Laguna is a killer 😂, but there are several trails there that are all worth doing. Alicia welcomed us wonderfully, with the charming character typical of the Canary Islanders, especially people from La Palma. The roads around Las Cabezadas in the Barlovento region are steep and challenging, but after a couple of trips you get used to the climbs, your heart rate settles, and the drives become a beautiful, exciting adventure. I’ll definitely return for the location and tranquility. On the island, measure distance by the number of curves. A car just needs a good engine and brakes, and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear will get you almost anywhere. 😂

We spent our holiday here from July 18th to 30th, and it was wonderful. The garden and pool were especially lovely, and the location with its incredible ocean views made it so relaxing. Everything is very well maintained. The house feels welcoming and has everything you need. Alicia, the owner, was very kind to us. We’d definitely come back!
