The nearby coffee shops, bars, and breakfast spots are great, and many attractions, including las canteras, are within walking distance. There's also a parking facility around the corner that isn't too expensive, but be careful where you park. Please do yourself a favor and stay here instead of choosing the slightly cheaper, horrible alternatives. Beautiful place!

The manager handling check-in was incredibly supportive, replied within minutes, and did everything he could to make us comfortable. Customer service really is his middle name. The hotel is in a great spot, with the beach less than five minutes away and restaurants around the corner offering vegan and gluten-free choices. Our room had its own kitchenette with all the essential cooking gadgets, which was great. The rooms are very clean, and the cleaners are lovely. One of the nicest and most comfortable hotels I've stayed in. I highly recommend it.

We booked two nights in December six months in advance. Then, just a couple of days ago, we were suddenly told there'd been a rate error and the room price would more than double. That's unacceptable. I don't believe the error story; it seems they just want more money. Spend yours somewhere else. This hotel feels shady.

The staff were fantastic, quick to help with everything. We tried both a double bedroom and a two-bedroom apartment, and both were sparkling clean and very well equipped. The place is close to Las Canteras, a supermarket, restaurants, and parking, though it could get noisy at night. We definitely plan to return and strongly recommend it.
