You’re right in the heart of the Triana area, on a quiet street surrounded by restaurants of all sorts, plus lots of bars and cafes. Vegueta, with its historic buildings and plazas, is close too. The location more than makes up for the hotel’s limited facilities: there’s no restaurant or indoor bar, just a small room for buffet breakfast and a rooftop bar with restricted opening hours. The staff we met were all very nice and helpful. The hotel is a lovely old building that keeps many of its original features while feeling modern. The air-conditioned bedrooms have contemporary lighting and decor, good shower rooms and excellent rain showers. Our cheapest option, a Classic room, was a bit small. I expect the more expensive rooms are larger and better. Many rooms have windows with no view, though that’s not unusual for this location.

The location in the old town makes it easy to get around on foot, and even the ocean promenade is close. What a memorable stay. The friendly staff gave us amazing service and treated us like royalty, and the breakfast choices were some of the best I’ve had. I’d say this is one of the most luxurious boutique hotels in las palmas. The suites are amazing and ultra modern, while the rich historic details of the ornate building have been carefully restored. It has all the luxury you’d expect, and I’d happily come back.

I was really disappointed. Our room was tiny, with no window at all. The bedroom was barely bigger than the bathroom, and the bed was only 1.4 metres wide. It felt claustrophobic, and the soundproofing was poor. We could hear every noise from the hallway and woke around 7:00 a.m. when breakfast preparations started. This is NOT a 4-star hotel. P.S. I’ve learned not to trust reviews full of nice photos. It’s marketing. No normal person would write reviews like that.

A great find and a hotel I’d really recommend. The room had lovely character and decoration, plenty of space and a great shower. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Breakfast was fine, and the location was perfect.

Room 308 was so beautiful, and we had an amazing five days here. Andres at reception was really lovely. We loved the place!
