The apartment is in a great spot, surrounded by good restaurants and bars, and Las Palmas Cathedral nearby adds a nice cultural touch. The internet and Wi-Fi were reliable and stayed stable throughout our visit. But the apartment was so dirty that we were very disappointed with the stay. The cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. We arrived to find crumbs and stains in the kitchen, dusty surfaces, and grimy window handles. Some areas looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months or even years, including the top of the water closet and the wall sockets. Given the price, we would never have booked if we'd known how it really was. I strongly encourage anyone reading reviews to look at the attached photos and videos, which show just how neglected and unclean it was.

The Cathedral and the historic center are close by, and the shopping walk is nearby too, so the location is really useful. The old building has been nicely refurbished. My bedroom had no window, but the living room was great and had a view. The floor needs renewing.

Getting to the beach was easy, about 11 minutes by taxi, and fares are very affordable. The bus network is well developed too. The historic center is just a three-minute walk away. We had a few issues at the beginning, but still enjoyed our stay overall. The location, price, and facilities were great.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was great, the balcony was great, and the location was great. Would recommend it.

The management took such good care of us during our week there, and staying in these lovely apartments was a delight. They’re in a prime spot, close to everything you need.
