Sitycleta and bus stops nearby made it easy to get around Las Palmas. I spent six weeks at CoolivingC, and it worked really well for staying in the city while getting work done. Every room had a large desk and good WiFi. The kitchen was well equipped, and the shared areas were cleaned daily. Staff were friendly and quick to answer questions.

My friend and I had a really good stay. The staff were friendly and exceptionally kind, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The apartments are in a very good location for staying and working. Their shared kitchens and bathrooms were cleaned every day, which felt like a great anti-COVID measure.

The place is new, neat, and clean, and the owner seems to care. We got a small bottle of water in the room, and there were nice lamps and fragrance throughout. The rooftop garden was lovely. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and it was very clean, with paper towels for the counters and hands. There's a hair dryer and shampoo too. The room had no Spain channels, but having Netflix and YouTube was nice. Good WiFi as well. A big supermarket and a Granier bakery were both two minutes away, and there was a bus station nearby. The beach was a 15-20 minute walk. The Canteras beach district was 30-40 minutes away on foot, which is normal around here for going out at night. Getting the keys through the app and opening the door was easy. The bed was tough, and the pillows were too thin and uncomfortable. Air conditioning should be included, though it was okay. A fan could work too. I shut the windows because there were lots of big mosquitoes. There was also noise from the girl on the third floor at 2 or 3 in the morning and again in the morning. Some people didn't seem to care, or didn't know how to close the entrance door quietly. I hope the owner sees the good things I've mentioned and doesn't focus only on the negatives I've written to help make it better.

The location in central Las Palmas was convenient, with large supermarkets and the beach nearby. Buses also made it easy to reach places all over the island. I stayed at CoolivingC for a couple of weeks, and it was easy to get in. The room was spacious, with a large table to work at and very good WiFi. Everything was really clean when I arrived. A good setup for combining work and free time.
