The hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a coffee bar and restaurant on the ground floor, with a supermarket, cafés, and other restaurants nearby. The beach is about 800 meters away. Warm water isn't always available, which is a drawback, but it's still a good place to stay.

It's easy to reach lots of attractions on foot, and the place itself is nice. The decor is a bit strange, though, and there was a smell in the room and corridors, probably from a cleaning chemical. Desk staff and the little cafeteria team were friendly. They had a local, human feel instead of the robot-like, scripted service you often get, and that made a positive difference.

So far, it's been great. The building has a funky look outside and inside, and the room is large and clean. Staff are good, though the immediate area feels a bit suspect. It's a short walk to the beach and lively spots. I'm still trying to find an English breakfast, and most locals don't speak English, but they do try to help.

For a very reasonable price, this was a great experience. I stayed two nights and can confirm what recent comments have said: the concierge was really friendly, and my room was quiet and very clean. The interior was new and everything in good condition. There's also a generous breakfast buffet on the ground floor for a very achievable price, 6,50 € in 2015.
