Handy kitchen, working Wi-Fi, and a clean bathroom, all at an affordable price. The staff respond quickly and are helpful if anything needs adjusting. Room cleaning is available every day if you want it, so a longer stay would work well here. It's very well placed in the city, just a few metres from the beach.

Las Canteras beach is only metres away, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops close by. The city location is ideal, and the room was comfortable and clean with all the amenities I needed. When we asked, they even brought us a fan and a toaster, which felt like very personal service. This was my second visit to the hotel/apartment, and it was just as good as the first. From my initial direct booking through checkout, the service was superb. Replies to my questions were quick, professional, and friendly. Idafe hotel will definitely be my go-to when I'm next in Las Palmas. Thanks to all the employees.

The location was excellent, and the room was clean and pleasant. It was noisy, though, so bring earplugs.

We booked a superior apartment, and it looked exactly like the pictures, which is unusual. It was spacious, nicely furnished, tidy, and had a comfortable bed. Towels were changed often. The cleaning lady was super nice, and the service was good. Reception was okay. You can buy water there, including 5-litre cans, which saves you from carrying it. The aparthotel is newly renovated and in a great spot near the seafront promenade and Las Canteras beach. Shops, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance, as is the bus terminal at Santa Catalina Park. There was some street noise at night on weekends, but that's to be expected in a big city. Excellent value, and we'd be glad to return.
