The photos online don't really show how lovely this apartment at Off Triana is. We stayed for 4 days in a unique, beautiful building, with a helpful and friendly host who was always available. The rooftop terrace has sun loungers for relaxing, and the cleaners come every day. I'd absolutely recommend staying at Off Triana.

The manager got upset because I cancelled during the free cancellation period. That felt unprofessional and disrespectful, and the poor management and low quality made the whole thing worse. I wouldn't recommend this kind of holiday; the harassment starts from the first minute after you book.

The apartments are beautiful, with high ceilings, helpful management, and great cleaners who come daily. Without the noise, this would easily get five stars, but I couldn't enjoy staying here or get a good night's sleep. There was never any peace or quiet. The old style means many windows have only wooden shutters, with gaps around and between them, so there's no sound insulation. You hear everything outside. Cars constantly accelerate over a speed bump right outside on the busy road, which was maddening. There's also a large rubbish bin unit just outside. Every night between midnight and 1am, the bin lorry comes and makes an incredible racket that will wake you even with ear plugs. On weekends, people leaving the restaurants and bars are loud and boisterous until the early hours. You hear every word, shout, and laugh as if they're inside the apartment.

Really liked the apartment. It was a good size, and I'd definitely stay here again.
