The apartment was small but nice and well equipped. I especially liked the little balcony for spending the evening or having dinner, and the beach at las canteras is about two minutes away, with restaurants and shops close by. I stayed with a friend for 11 days. It was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived, but for what we paid, one roll of toilet paper for that whole stay seemed crazy. There were no supplies for guests to clean the bathroom or kitchen, and no extra cleaning after a few days.

The flat was ideal, clean and fully equipped. The kitchen had everything, the bathroom had a shower and washing machine, and the bedroom had two beds and a fitted wardrobe. The balcony gets sun for most of the day, and there's a great sun terrace on the roof.

The beach is just around the corner, and the apartment is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. I’ve been staying at Rosamar for several weeks and am happy with everything. It’s clean, well equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine, and the beds have good mattresses. There’s a balcony plus a huge roof terrace with tables, loungers and showers. Just perfect!

We won’t be coming back. The place was clean and looked well cared for, with a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom where everything worked, and enough wardrobe space. But we got very little information about how the accommodation works, including rubbish disposal. More concerning, there was nothing about what to do in an emergency. We were on the fourth floor and couldn’t find any signs for emergency exits, assembly points or fire extinguishers. There was never anyone at reception, and no details on how to reach staff. This was our first stay here.

Small, but it had everything we needed, and the concierge was a lovely lady. The apartment was very nice, with a large sunny roof terrace and sunbeds. It’s well placed for the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. We’d definitely visit again.
