I love Gran Canaria, but I've only stayed in the south before. Since I was travelling alone this time, Las Palmas felt like the right choice, and this apartment was in the perfect location for me. Check-in was easy, the apartment was very clean and it had everything I needed.

The key card machine wouldn't work, so I was stuck outside for 40 minutes. I called the owner, who let me in and gave me the code. The room was nice, but you can hear the neighbours, and they're very loud.

Nothing was missing from the flat, and everything was clean. Check-in was really easy, and the staff were friendly and quick to help whenever I needed something. The location is great too, just a few steps from the beach, with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, surf schools and surf valleys nearby. I'd recommend Tusity ONE to anyone. Thanks for a great stay, see you again!!!!😊

I had a very good vacation here. The room and service were good, the hotel was quiet, and the location suited me well. The receptionist was available and replied quickly on WhatsApp. Everything was very good. Thanks, I'd recommend it ♥️

The room was small, with a kitchenette, and the bathroom door was the dealbreaker for me. It was frosted glass and stopped short of the ceiling, so there was no privacy. There wasn't any staff around, either, just self check-in and check-out. I wouldn't stay here again.
