Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, and the night for two, with dinner and breakfast included, came to 100€. The owners greeted us warmly and pointed out local sights. Our room was spacious, with an en suite bathroom, and the thick walls of this old, restored building kept it comfortable in summer. We were delighted with the hotel and would recommend it to anyone passing through the region.

We stopped here on the way to Portugal and stayed again on the return trip. It’s a great place to take a break on a long journey, with clean, spacious rooms. The owners are so welcoming, full of life, and enjoy meeting people and keeping things simple. We loved it all, especially the owner’s dinner, prepared with real finesse and packed with flavor. Some restaurateurs could learn from this place! Thanks for the warm welcome, smiles, and joie de vivre. Remember to book dinner in advance, it’s delicious and reasonably priced. Book without hesitation!

The owners were welcoming and very helpful. Dinner needs to be booked a day ahead, and it was excellent, a really high-quality homemade meal. The rooms are old but beautifully renovated, with decor that brings a painter’s work to mind. It’s 10-15 minutes from Burgos, which worked well for me on my way to Galicia. I highly recommend staying here. Thanks again.
