Right out in nature, and just awesome.
Gilberto and Sergio are my cousins, and they're brilliant. They put a lot of care into organizing things and making sure everyone feels comfortable. You can see how much they love what they do, and they're always ready to help.
The rooms were dirty, there was dust everywhere, and the shared areas were badly kept. For a place hosting large groups, basic hygiene should be covered, but it wasn't here. I wouldn't recommend it for school trips or groups. The counselors also made things worse. They came across as disorganized and unprofessional, and didn't create a good atmosphere. The food wasn't much better: lots of simple, bland dishes, and chorizo seemed to be added to several, which got repetitive and wasn't to everyone's taste. A complete disappointment.
They were very accommodating and the facilities were good. The bathrooms could use improvement since there aren't many. Service was excellent, and I'd recommend it 100%.
The food felt homemade, there was plenty of variety, and the staff paid attention to special dietary needs. The instructors and rest of the team were warm and professional, and made sure activities were safe and fun. There's a wide choice of things to do, from multi-adventure activities in the village to trips to nearby places, so we could keep busy without traveling far. The grounds are spacious and well looked after, with rooms, outdoor areas, a football pitch, and open space for games. It's a lovely spot in nature, very close to the Ebro Reservoir, with spectacular views. A great place for families or bigger groups, and a complete experience I'd recommend.
