Bungalows Camping Laspaules

We were happy with the campsite and loved the swimming options, both the pool and the small reservoir behind it. The facilities suited us well. The showers and toilets were excellent and very, very clean, and nights were quiet with the lovely sound of the river. The staff were great and very friendly, and the little supermarket was handy. It's also excellent for dog owners, with a great trail right behind the campsite. A pitch at the back means quite a walk to the toilets and showers, though. There's almost no shade at the pool during the day. The restaurant was just average for us as vegetarians. I've never had such a plain, boring pizza 😂, though that's personal taste, maybe. It's a shame there's no view of the gorgeous mountains from the campsite, even though you see them well when driving around. There are lots of cats at the campsite and around the restaurant. I'd normally love that, as many people do, but the dogs didn't 🐶.

A great campsite, with all the things you could want. Good service and a nice restaurant, plus even a library and coworking space.

There are easy routes nearby, and the restaurant is high quality. It gets busy, so book ahead, and note that dinner service starts after 8:00 p.m. The pitches are spacious and shady, and the place feels very family oriented. Individual attention was very good. You can park your car on the pitch, and there's 10A electricity.

The walks nearby are lovely, with spectacular views, and the area is superb. Staff were excellent, and the shop on site was well stocked. The bar and restaurant were top class and very popular. You can enter straight from the N260 Road, which makes for a wonderful drive whichever way you approach the village of Laspaules.
