I paid in advance for a room for friends on December 22nd and 23rd, booked under Diego. One friend couldn't travel for health reasons and never even collected the key. When I asked for a refund, they refused. There were other rooms available at the hostel, so they can't say there was nowhere else to accommodate someone in that room. Shameless.

There was no reception at night, so if something happened, there was nobody around to turn to. They left the room door open with my bags inside, took my shoes and clothes, and put them away. Then they said they thought I was leaving on Saturday, even though I'd paid for the hostel through Sunday. They have very little shame. Don't go there. Worst place I've stayed.

The hosts were very friendly, and the place was spotlessly clean. It’s beautifully furnished, with a lovely courtyard.
