Breakfast was very good quality, with a solid basic selection. I imagine there's more variety in high season. The beds, including the sofa bed, were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi had excellent speed and signal. The room and public areas were spotless, though the wine glasses and a cup hadn't been washed. The housekeeping team and breakfast staff were always friendly and smiling. There were quite a few maintenance problems: no toilet brush, chewing gum under the bathroom sink, a faucet that wasn't fixed properly, and worn silicone and grout. The bathtub drain stopper wouldn't come out without a knife. The kettle was old but still worked, and the bathroom had no ventilation or heating during our February 2026 stay. At reception you can buy drinks like coffee or beer from €1.90, and other beverages too. Snacks such as sandwiches are sold in a vending machine. The hotel has its own parking, which is handy since it's outside the city center. Buses and the metro connect it fairly well to the center. The bus to the nearest metro station, Line 10, costs €1.50 per person, plus the metro fare. Uber or Bolt may sometimes be 20-40% cheaper than public transportation. Our first impression at the front desk wasn't very welcoming. We were asked, “Check-in or check-out?” There wasn't much else to say about that service, apart from the team arranging early check-in and complimentary late check-out until 14:00. Booking directly through the IHG app may be a little cheaper than using other agencies, and the free late checkout until 14:00 is a nice extra.
