Apartamentos Delia by gaiarooms

I rented this apartment for two days, December 25th and 26th, 2025, and it was an awful experience. It’s on the ground floor, with a cold floor, no blinds, and windows that don’t seal properly, so cold air comes in. There’s no heating, and the air conditioning works terribly. The phone service was awful too, with no immediate solution offered. I absolutely don’t recommend it.

The apartment is modern, roomy, and comfortable, with a large, super comfortable bed. It’s in an excellent location, with public parking right next door. The metered parking is very affordable for a set number of hours, and the electronic key is easy to use.

The facilities are nice, but there were several problems. After a while, only cold water came out, so showers had to stay under five minutes. The first-floor windows aren’t tinted, which makes that feature useless, so you have to cover them with curtains. There is a heater, and hanging laundry on the rack right under it kept me warm and dried the clothes. The worst part was the housekeeper arriving 20 minutes past check-in time, then leaving. We couldn’t relax even after check-in time. And were all the dishes clean? Not really.

The apartment is spacious, with a large bathroom, and the location is excellent. Cooking during a stay of several days would be difficult, though, because there are hardly any utensils. For example, we found only one small spoon. The cleanliness wasn’t the best, as the notice at the apartment entrance also mentions.
