We booked two ground-floor apartments well in advance for a family weekend in León, and the stay was awful. In the one facing the entrance, every arrival and departure meant loud door slams and noise we could hear inside, so resting or sleeping was impossible. The shower in the other apartment only gave scalding water. Its terrace was so filthy that it was barely usable, as if it hadn't been cleaned all year. The accommodation fell short of basic standards, yet they offered neither a solution nor a refund.

The gym was a real plus, with several kinds of machines and even a bathroom in that area. There's also a pool in the building, accessed by code, though I understand access depends on the price you pay. The apartment itself was clean and practical, with modern furnishings and good equipment. I'd recommend it.

We were four people in a two-bedroom apartment with one bathroom, and there was plenty of space to be comfortable. The bathroom is roomy, the beds are very comfortable, and everything is well-equipped. It's all modern and new, right down to the details, and the building has lots of amenities, including a basement gym with plenty of machines. It's in a quiet spot near buses, about a 20-minute walk to the city center. Highly recommended.

The gym is excellent, and there's a big park with lots of swings plus a lovely place to walk or run just five minutes away. León's center is about 12 minutes away. Parking takes a bit of figuring out: the green spaces right outside the hotel are for residents, blue and orange zones are a few streets back, and the Sports Pavilion has free white-zone parking about an eight-minute walk away. As Marcos said, I'd recommend the stay. You can hear a little from neighboring rooms. The apartment has all sorts of useful things, including a hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, and blender. The pillow is soft, and the shower temperature tap has a knack to it. Ventilation switches automatically between warm air in winter and cold in summer. You can't adjust the air conditioning yourself, but you can switch it off.
