Daniela at the front desk was warm and professional, and took the time to share lots of useful information. The breakfast was nicely balanced, and my room was comfortable and clean. Great location, too.

The hotel was clean and well placed. We could hear people moving around upstairs and along our floor, so it got a bit noisy. The bed was comfortable, though very firm, so anyone wanting a softer mattress may want to look elsewhere.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and polite. It's a charming, old-fashioned hotel close to the majestic cathedral. I'd happily stay again if I'm in the area, and would recommend it.

Being able to check in at 1 pm was a big help with my large Camino pack, so many thanks for that. The room was nice and had a fridge, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was quite spacious, too.

I was sweating so much in that room that I ended up going down to the lobby at 11:30 pm just to cool off. The A/C wasn't working, and when I asked for a fan, the desk clerk didn't have one. I opened the window hoping to cool things down, but loud street noise kept me awake well past midnight. In summer, I'd say save your money and stay somewhere else.
