Apartamentos Beslow

A well-designed apartment with a comfortable bed, which isn’t always a given, and a sensible range of kitchenware and dishes. I’d recommend it.

It’s a small apartment, but laid out really well and handy for both the town center and the beach, about a six-minute drive away. It was spotless and had everything we needed for a short visit. On arrival, there was a personal welcome with cake, coffee, and bottled water. A simple but lovely gesture. Very good stay.

We’ve been coming here for years and are still happy to return, but there are two things that need attention. The cleaning ought to be much more thorough, and these apartments really need air conditioning. Being near the coast doesn’t mean a fan is enough. We’ve never had this problem before, but air conditioning is essential. We’d already paid, so we stayed. I’m only raising it as a suggestion.

We’d only just arrived and I was already cleaning: the mop bucket was full of old water, the dustpan was filthy, and the patio table was dirty. When we called, they only said they’d tell the cleaner. That leaves me dealing with the mess. If it were taken care of promptly, there wouldn’t be so many complaints. We’re here today and tomorrow, but I won’t come back.
