My motorcycle had a secure garage here, and the hotel is in a great location. The receptionist spoke only a little English, but more than I speak Spanish, so we managed with smiles, laughs, and mutual understanding. I recommend the hotel, though keep in mind there’s no elevator if you can’t manage a few stairs.

The owner helped us get in touch with our next hotel and change the dates after my husband hurt his shoulder. We used Google translate to communicate. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the place was very, very clean. There’s a fabulous big terrace to relax on and a great underground car park. It’s right in the middle of town. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

A lovely walk around town and a nice bar in the square. The room was great, but I only found out about breakfast by chance. It was poor: orange juice, tea or coffee, toast with tomato, and a long-life cake.

We had two lovely, very clean rooms for the four of us, and the staff were friendly. The village was fascinating to explore, and I wish we’d had more time there. We stayed one night on Friday 1st July as a stop on the way to the Bilbao ferry, about a two-hour drive away. This is a highly recommended B&B, and I’ve already passed the details on to my friends.
