The host was brilliant and made us feel very welcome. The property itself is in an amazing location, a little outside Bilbao, but getting around by metro and Uber or taxi is more than affordable. Four of us came to Bilbao to watch Tottenham play Manchester United in the Europa League Final and stayed at Madarian. It was nothing short of excellent. We'd definitely recommend it and stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Our room was clean, nice, and very large, and the bathroom was large too.

We slept really well in this quiet place close to town. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a great hot shower and excellent water pressure. The windows have screens, so we could leave them open for fresh mountain air without worrying about bugs.

Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we ordered dinner delivery, she set up a table for us in the breakfast area with a tablecloth, plates, and utensils. Drinks including beer and wine were available to buy, and breakfast was delicious. We loved the accommodations and the host when we stayed on 10 May 2023 while walking the Camino del Norte. The place seemed new, and our room was clean and inviting. The shower had powerful hot water. It was well worth the walk out of town.

The owner was attentive and accommodating, and made it feel like we were in her home. She kindly helped sort out my reservation mistake and helped us order food delivery to the hotel. The room was clean and the location quiet. I recommend it to anyone passing through.
