For February 15-19, 2025, I booked through Booking.com. The charge went through, but I never got a confirmation. When I arrived with two extra children, they said there was no booking under my name and the place was full. I called the establishment ten times and emailed once before arriving, with no reply. It felt like a complete scam, and Booking.com was no help either since I couldn’t reach them. Unacceptable 😡😡🥲🥲 #booking #scam #thieves

We felt like unwinding as soon as we arrived. The apartment was spotless, with spacious rooms, a big kitchen and dining area, and lovely bathrooms. Alazne was attentive and helpful throughout. We loved the place from the moment we walked in.

We left two bags of board games behind after our weekend at the apartments. Alaztne said she’d mail them to us, and we made it easy to send them, but 12 months later we still don’t have them. Now she doesn’t even reply to our messages. Check carefully before you leave, or you may be left without your belongings. They’re thieves.

Great value for the money, and a lovely apartment in a lovely setting for relaxing. I’ll be back.

We had a problem during our stay, but the owner didn’t offer any solution and has stopped replying to our messages. The customer service was very poor.
