A freaking horrible hotel. Most things are broken, and you can see it as soon as you come through the entrance. The towels and sheets were dirty and stinky. You can’t open most of the windows or doors, and the location didn’t feel great at night.

A customer on my floor had the TV turned incredibly loud. I asked the staff for help, but got no answer. I also asked if I could move to another room and heard nothing back. Thanks for an unforgettable night.

The location is the only good thing, very close to the center, pubs, cafes, and every destination. The rooms are reasonable, but they’re old and badly in need of renovation. The beds weren’t comfortable, and the breakfast was very poor. We stayed with five kids.

They securely stored our bikes in the office, which was helpful for cycling out onto the Via Verdes, an area with a lot of history. The hotel was clean and friendly, and well located.

Lovely staff, a great location, and parking too. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
