We spent all of Holy Week there and felt very comfortable. María, the owner, is lovely and ready to help with whatever she can. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and hydromassage shower, and the bed is great. The views are spectacular! It's a very peaceful place to rest, just eight minutes from llanes, and well situated for visiting anywhere in Asturias or Santander. We'll be back.

The location made it easy to get to beaches, mountain walks, and nearby towns, all within about a five-minute drive, and the area itself was peaceful with parking. Mari made us feel completely at home and quickly found anything we needed. The apartment had everything, and this was our second summer here. We're already thinking about next year, and even the kids can't wait to return.

The owner was so lovely, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We stayed four nights, three people and our little dog, and found the apartment spotless with everything we needed for a short stay or longer. The views were fantastic too. We'll definitely come back, thank you for everything!

The furniture is worn and dated, with patched blankets thrown over the old sofas, and the light bulbs were so dim they seemed weaker than candles. There were cobwebs on all the beams, and the cleaning was only mediocre. The sheets and towels were pretty old, and the coffee maker was beyond fixing. The kitchen was missing lots of basics: we had just two teaspoons and had to ask for plates and glasses. There was no serving platter, salad bowl, tablecloth, and so on. These apartments really need an update. A little investment would make a difference, but that's up to the owner.
