We had a lot of fun, helped by the great views, good location, and a safe grassy area where our toddler could run and play. It's clean, has plenty of safe parking, and is fairly toddler-friendly. Ask for the ground-floor room with the terrace. They had a crib and a heater for the room, plus a pair of barbecues. For a week-long stay, though, one toilet roll and one bin bag each for the kitchen and bathroom were all we got. You'll need to sort out the rest yourself. The kitchen could use basics like a spatula and pot holders, and I expected at least salt, pepper, and oil. It's a pain having to buy basic spices on holiday. The kitchen feels like it was set up by someone who doesn't cook or eat, as if guests are meant to eat out and only make coffee and a tostada on the terrace. The fridge, table, and TV positions also made it awkward for two people to sit at the table and use the room comfortably. With the fridge in the way and no pot holders, using the oven was almost impossible. The shower was another problem: even when you try hard not to get the floor wet, you can't avoid it. The water was lukewarm at best and the pressure was so-so. There's a shared laundry area for six apartments, with four folding drying racks but no dryer. In humid weather, clothes are almost impossible to dry, so for a two- or three-day visit, that setup is useless. Good luck. Some people put their washing on the portable rack in the driveway near the main entrance. The Wi-Fi exists, at least. It's so-so on a phone, and okay on a laptop near the router. While we were there, a German guest unplugged the router and tried to set it up on the second floor, leaving us without internet for 90 minutes. That's not how routers work. He spent a lot of the rest of his time in the shared area too, presumably because the Wi-Fi is worse on the second floor. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The safe place for our toddler to play, the views, and the location made up for a lot of the shortcomings.
