The woman who helped us was lovely. She assisted us outside business hours and did it with a smile. We were surprised by all the thoughtful extras in the very clean, carefully prepared apartment: slippers, a bathrobe, toothpaste, toothbrushes, a sponge to clean the slippers, and even thread. It had everything we needed. Right in the center of Llanes, and we highly recommend it. We'll definitely return.

The lady who arranged our last-minute booking was very kind. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and was perfectly located in the center of Llanes. We'll definitely return.

The apartment was musty smelling, maybe from mold, and very run-down. We also had people come into the rooms without warning. Getting the keys was difficult: we arrived by bus, then had to take a taxi to a spot 10 km away on a highway, which even the taxi drivers struggled to find. The manager was rude from the start.

We found the apartment so unpleasant that we arrived and left the same day. The apartments were in very poor shape and smelled horrible, with damp problems. The furniture was old and dirty, the carpets stank, and all the amenities were old, dirty, and in poor condition.

A lovely apartment right in the center of Llanes. Eloísa provided excellent service. 100% recommended.
