Hospederia Los Pinos

I’m ready to leave. The rooms are so tiny there’s nowhere to put your things except in the wardrobe. Cleaning was mediocre, and everything feels cheap. The bathroom soap comes in little tubes, while the towels are small, old and dirty. A disaster.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with impeccable cleanliness and a very kind owner. The place is also close to the center. I can’t understand the low ratings or comments criticizing the owner’s service. Some people judge without knowing the place, or seem never to have stayed there. I recommend it 100% for the cleanliness, location and the owner’s endless kindness.

We’d happily return to this centrally located, very clean guesthouse, where the staff were attentive. I recommend it. The owner waits to hand over the keys and explains the booking terms when you reserve. Because the price is affordable, the reservation is usually non-refundable. It’s a business, and it’s understandable that someone can’t simply give away two or three days in the middle of August and lose a stay, especially after explaining the terms at booking. You have to consider everyone’s situation. I don’t understand the complaints about the owner’s service.

A hostel in a top location, with the kind of services you’d get at a hotel. Everything was fantastic.
