Great central location, as central as it gets, and good value for a hotel.

We thought we might have lucked out with the best room, but either way, it felt luxurious. The big windows looked out over the river and town, and the room was clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom and nice linen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was one of our favorite stops on the Camino del Norte, and we strongly recommend this small hotel to anyone on the Camino who needs a comfortable break from hostels.

We ate at the restaurant two nights in a row but didn’t stay at the hotel. The food was good, though it was a shame the staff seemed to find smiling difficult.
