The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast, though, was a disaster. I was looking forward to the warm food they mentioned, but it tasted like rubber, as if they’d used the cheapest products and heated them in a microwave. The fresh orange juice was one bright spot, but I could have bought it outside for €3. Sadly, hotel breakfast just isn’t worth paying for.

The hotel is budget-friendly, but the hot water and AC have serious problems. In the picture, the room temperature is stuck at 15°C and won’t rise. We called reception several times, and the male staff member was no help at all. A 15-degree room with no hot water in January is completely unacceptable!

Now I see why it was so cheap. The rooms are very basic, the drainage is a real hassle, and the free Wi-Fi sounds like dial-up from the 80s. Check-in was rude and abrupt too, and left a lot to be desired. I’d pay a little more next time for a lot more.

On my first stay, I found the hotel very clean and comfortable, and the staff very helpful. I’ve stayed several times since then, and the experience has generally been fine, but requesting an invoice from reception keeps turning into a frustrating ordeal. On my last visit, it took six emails to explain that the invoice they sent was wrong. Each reply had a different mistake, one time the number was incorrect, another time the country name was, and so on. It took far too much time and effort to get a correct invoice. This has happened repeatedly, and I hope the hotel improves how reception handles invoices. A simple request shouldn’t mean so many emails and corrections.
