Ca la Vall - Your Mediterranean Stay

We came for a few days away from the big city and found exactly the quiet break we wanted. The village has cozy little houses, vineyards, and mountains, with the sea about a 20-minute drive away. The property is well kept and peaceful, especially in the mornings and evenings. The owners have put a lot of care into the details. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice mix of vintage and modern decor and lovely mountain views.

The mountain drive to the picturesque village Guadalest was our favorite outing, and the houseowners had shared several other recommendations with us. We loved Ca La Vall's view across the valley, and the residence is centrally located: lively coastal villages are at most a 20-minute drive, while Valencia and Alicante take about an hour. The flat was clean and well cared for, and Marco and his wife Isabelle were warm and welcoming. It was so quiet that we could really relax and recharge. We absolutely recommend staying here and will definitely return.

We stayed as two adults and one child and really enjoyed this lovely house in Lliber, Vall de Pop. The valley-view balcony was a favorite, and there’s also a living room with its own balcony. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a shower, plus a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a barbecue for making meals. The house has sweet decorative touches that show how much the owners care about it. It’s close to the coast, Calpe, Javea, Moraira and Coll de Rates, so bring your bike to explore the area. The Dutch owners were very nice, kept in touch before and during our visit, and were ready to help. We’ll definitely come back.

We’ve stayed in a few houses around here, usually cheaper ones, but this was easily the best we’ve experienced. It felt worth the price for a special holiday, and we found ourselves wanting to get back to the house to relax and eat, which hasn’t happened so strongly before. The inside is beautiful, the outside space is lovely, and the balcony has amazing views. It was very clean, well equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. Our host was responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful. We also met briefly, and they’re lovely people.
