There were five of us, and the apartment had enough space, but it was filthy. The sofa in the living room was black with lint and stains, and some chairs were half broken and made a lot of noise. The kitchen was worst of all. The pans were greasy, the coffee maker smelled of old coffee, and the toaster was burnt and sometimes wouldn’t work. Most appliances were rusty and caked in grease and grime. Even the tap water looked dirty, green-gray in color. The shower screen was literally green, like mold. We had to shower with the curtain open so we wouldn’t touch it. The sheets were yellowed and had hair on them, and the room smelled bad. There was also a sharp piece of plastic on top of the air conditioner, which luckily we spotted before bed. When we left this morning, there was vomit inside and outside the building entrance. There are too many people and too much noise in the area, so it’s very hard to sleep. We certainly won’t be back.

The owner was incredibly friendly and gave us personalized service. This large, clean apartment was very pleasant and all exterior-facing. It worked well for families or friends, with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and bunk beds, plus a sofa bed. The location is excellent, especially for a tourist area, and the PVC windows made for a good night's sleep.

We had a family stay with young children. The apartment was spotless, and the beach was great. The kids loved it. Our street-facing apartment got a little noisy at night, until around 4 am, but it wasn’t too bothersome.

I can’t recommend it. The building is old, and the apartment was very damp with no heating. The electrical outlets aren’t up to code. It was far too noisy to sleep, with footsteps and doors slamming all night. They asked for extra money when we arrived, even though everything is included on the Airbnb website. Not recommended.
