Apartaments Ar Santa Anna Ii

The only reason I'm giving it two stars is the location, close to all the nightlife, though the beach is about a 10 to 15-minute walk away. Service was very minimal. We got just one roll of toilet paper, and the sofa bed sloped into the middle like a V, which made it really uncomfortable. The air-conditioning remote didn't work, and reception did nothing about it.

It's very basic, with no facilities. I won't return.

I've stayed at this apartment three times, most recently in August, and I really can't recommend it anymore. The location is ideal, but the place needs a complete renovation immediately. One bedroom wall was damp, and there was dampness in the bathroom too. Cleaning was nonexistent. I think they only change the sheets and towels, and I hope that's all they're doing. When I arrived, nobody had told me there was no longer a reception desk. I kept calling the number they gave me, but no one answered. Luckily, the security guard was there to help. He's an excellent person and very dedicated to his work. I understand they're selling all the apartments in the building, and it feels like they're squeezing out every last bit of profit in a shady way. Apartamentos Santa Ana will probably disappear from Lloret de Mar's tourist offerings in a few months. If you're planning a few days in this beautiful town, find another apartment to avoid problems. One very important thing: when you arrive, collect the keys from Apartamentos Bolero, about 200 meters from Santa Ana.
