The grounds are incredibly large, but the community presidents recently removed all the trash because they were too lazy to collect it. People even patrol the grounds to check that dogs don't urinate on the trees. It's ridiculous, and they've ruined one of the best communities in Lloret de Mar. I love this place, but it's gone downhill a lot over the years. The presidents are swindlers, and the living conditions are insulting given how high the monthly community fees are.

We've stayed here twice. It's a quiet, safe, very well-maintained resort with security, an underground parking garage, and two heated pools. It's a lovely place to relax, though getting down to the beach takes good physical condition because the return walk is very steep uphill. Fenals beach in Lloret is five minutes away by car. Parking there takes some luck, and you have to pay at the meter.

The community removed the trash cans because some people were using them for household rubbish. Dogs also shouldn't relieve themselves in the gardens.
