We stayed at the hotel next to the aqua-park, and the location was great. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. Food was mostly okay, sometimes a bit bland, with a good range of choices. Vegetarian and halal options were very good. Great hotel overall!

With kids, this is the place for a holiday that’s relaxing but still wild. The pools are clean, the slides are fun, and you can always find somewhere to put your towel, even if it’s on the grass. There’s loads of nice food to choose from, and the staff are gorgeous. When my little boy threw up after too much fun, a cleaner helped us right away. Rooms are spotless, with fresh beds every day, a hairdryer and soap. The beach is minutes one way and town is a short walk the other way. We feel we got an absolute bargain for what’s here. Two days of our stay are still left and we already have our transfer information. Everything has been fab, and we’ll most definitely return next year. I don’t understand the bad reviews. Some people are hard to please, expecting the Ritz or something. Just thought I’d share our experience.

We were dropped off 10 minutes away and told to find our own way in a country we didn’t know. No one had told us the hotel was in two parts. It was a 10-minute walk just to get a drink, and there was no water in the room at this 4 star hotel. I was charged a fee that was first said to be 48 euros, then somehow changed to 18 euros. There was only one plug socket in the room, and they got our room completely wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The town was a highlight: the beach is about a 10-minute walk away, there are lots of places to eat if you're self-catering, and the kids have an arcade, though it's small. KFC, maccies, Burger King, Subway and an indoor shopping centre are there too. The water park is only about five minutes from the main building, and my son and husband enjoyed it. At the hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean. The cakes were delicious, though some other food repeated, with something new added each day. The flies in the restaurant were really annoying; they could use some fly zappers. Sunbeds are limited, so you need to get one early. You can't save them, which keeps it fair. The daytime entertainment was very sparse, especially with four rainy days. I expected the hotel to have something for guests to do, particularly at a 4-star place. The indoor pool was out of order too, which would've been useful in the rain. We also had to pay a €19 tax charge on arrival that we hadn't known about. Shopping tip: haggle, since the first prices they ask are way too high. It was an average stay, and you do get what you pay for. The hotel was okay for the money, and the area is great for eating out.
