The staff were friendly, but that couldn't make up for the rest of the stay. The hotel felt dated and nowhere near a 3-star standard. Reception and restaurant staff were rude, the pools were filthy, and pigeons were drinking from them. The food was basic and the same every day. All-inclusive didn't offer much, and some guests seemed to get more perks than others. Our room was poor too. The windows were dirty, the curtains shabby, the TV very old and its remote missing. The view looked like a war-torn country. The toilet wasn't fixed to the wall and the towel rails were crooked. We could clearly hear the next-room guests using the toilet and chatting about personal things. The furniture was indescribable, and we couldn't use the balcony because of the view. The glass divider to the next room was cracked and dangerous. I could go on. I'd like to know how this got a 3-star rating when other 3-star hotels in the area were nothing like it. We stayed four days, and I'd have been devastated to pay for longer. Everyone we spoke to shared our views.

The food choices were very limited, fine if you like chips and plain pasta. The children's rooftop pool was nice, but it shut at 5:30 pm even though it was still hot. The main pool downstairs was small, with no space for sunbeds. The staff were okay, but after the fire alarm went off they told us there was no problem and to return to our room, without checking the hotel. Only when we insisted did they call the fire brigade. I wouldn't go back.

Great location, really close to a beautiful beach, with air conditioning, very cheap prices, lovely staff and gorgeous food. The rooms were clean, though a little dated. What's not to like? This was my third time in a h.top and we're already booked to return in October. I'd stay again, 100%. Thank you.

The staff are polite, and that goes a long way. The beach is close, just as described, and massive, with room for everyone. But the hotel is at the top of a hill, not a gentle slope, which isn't great when you have walking difficulties and asthma. The room wasn't good either. There's no way to make a hot drink in it, though tea is free, and we do like free tea. I was disappointed if this was my upgrade. What would the room I originally got have looked like? I'll see how the rest of the holiday goes before deciding whether to update my post.
