Marsol Hotel

The half-board food was amazing, especially the pulled beef, and the waiting staff were very helpful. The front desk will help with anything you need. We also enjoyed the spa, which has a sauna and steam room for an extra charge that wasn’t expensive. There’s a great pirate pub next door, too! Our room was spacious and very clean, with a view of the sea. The bathroom was nice, and the shower had enough space for two. The elevators worked and were clean. Great location, and if I’m back in Lloret, I’ll definitely book another room.

We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The hotel is right on the beach and only a few minutes’ walk from the bus station, which made arrival and day trips convenient. My son loved the small rooftop pool and especially appreciated the jacuzzi, even though the pool was very cold. The sea view from up there was beautiful. The one complaint was the windows, which weren’t sealed well, so we could hear everything happening outside. Luckily, I brought earplugs ☺️.

We stayed one night, and that was plenty. The hotel is right on the beach, which is amazing, but that was the only good thing I can say. We paid 155€ for one night in the off-season and got a tiny room with a horrible mold smell. It came with water and some, but no other products. I mention that because we’d stayed three nights at a much cheaper, much nicer hotel here, where we were pampered with products, tidiness, and great service. The photos show how old and rusty the room is. There was dirt and mold on the shower windows and rust everywhere. We only noticed late at night, before bed, that there were stains on the sheets that looked like blood. We couldn’t sleep properly and got headaches from the moldy smell. This hotel isn’t worth the price. I recommend checking your room very carefully and speaking up if there’s a problem.

We stayed for five nights in mid September. The location was great, and parking was available nearby for a charge. Reception staff seemed very welcoming, polite, and helpful. The restaurant and breakfast staff were also polite, friendly, and helpful. The food was great, especially the lunch in front of the hotel.
