The stay was okay for the price, and the rooftop was a lovely spot for yoga or relaxing in the sun. The beach is only about a five-minute walk away. There were sewage smells from some pipes, including in my room unless I used the air freshener, and the main public bathroom had no running water. It's a smart hotel without reception staff, and with new owners, it seems they haven't sorted out the problems yet. The fire alarm went off around 7 one morning and kept sounding for a couple of hours. I was worried that no fire department came to check, and that it took so long to switch the alarm off felt like a real safety risk. The rooms also aren't well insulated, so you can hear other guests.

I spent two weeks here and was more than happy with the hotel. It's clean, there's a big kitchen guests can use, and the seashore is just a pleasant three-minute walk away. On the way there's a local bakery with inexpensive, tasty coffee and sandwiches. Carrefour, supermarkets, and restaurants are close by too. I was here for an art residency through timeraiser.arts (the better neigh-boors). The people and weather made it a delightful stay, and November was so quiet that I could get my thoughts in order and relax. Staff are only around during the day, so keep that in mind. I'd happily come back.

Lloret de Mar has plenty of color and charm, and I found the atmosphere at Hotel Robson relaxed and beautiful. I was here as part of an artist residency, and the creative program brings artists and travelers together in a natural, inspiring way. The hotel has a bright, creative energy, and the community's people are warm, open, and full of life. A memorable stay for anyone looking for connection and inspiration. The rooftop and the room design were highlights for me, and the location made it easy to get around. It's a short walk to both the beach and town, with a small grocery store just steps away. Staff were kind and quick to respond on WhatsApp when I needed something. Check-in was online, but I had no trouble working it out. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The roof terrace was my favourite part. For the price, the value and location are hard to beat, and the common area is pretty spacious with a clean, stylish design. I was surprised I could connect my phone to the TV. Just be aware the walls are a bit thin if noise bothers you. Earplugs should solve that.
