The staff were lovely and ready to help whenever we needed something, and they also arranged different activities for guests. We spent eight nights here with our two young children. Getting to the hotel from the bus station was easy, and there were lots of local shops and small supermarkets close by. We had a very pleasant holiday and were really happy to spend it here. The service was great, and the convenient location made transport and shopping easy. I'd recommend it for a family trip.

We'd driven for 12 hours, so it was especially kind of manager Vivian to bring me two glasses of boiled water when I asked at reception for hot water to make tea. Having tea and winding down in the evening is my tradition, and that small gesture made me very happy. We arrived late in the evening on 26.10.25, and all the staff were kind to us. They helped us and provided dinner.

The reception ladies were polite and helpful. I had a great stay at the Sambo hotel, and I'll definitely come back. I recommend it 100%.

The entertainment, activities and staff were amazing, and the rooms were spotless. Service from the staff and cleanliness throughout the hotel were excellent. The food was above average, though the restaurant got too crowded at times. During the hours when the restaurant was closed, the all-inclusive snack choices were limited, which was the only downside. A kettle and fridge in the rooms would be nice. I'd rate it as a 3.5-4* hotel, above the 3* standard. Thank you.

We liked the big outdoor pool and thought the food was great. The hotel is well placed, close to both the beach and the city. Our room was okay, but it hadn't been renovated and the bathroom was outdated, while our friends got a much nicer, newly renovated room. That cost it a star for me.
