The house has so much history and personality that I wished I’d booked it for a whole month. Staying there felt like living in an 18th-century home. The two lovely women who look after it take great care of the place. I was already thinking about a month-long return when one of them told me the owner had asked them to leave by the end of October. Such a shame. I’m going to come back before then.

We rented nearly all the apartments for our wedding, and the setting and weather made the whole occasion unforgettable. It’s a dream of a place, run by wonderful people. Thank you so much, we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time here. It’s quiet and tucked away at the end of a gravel road, with flowers, a big pool, and generous shared spaces. There are four or five large apartments. The feel is very cosy and rustic.

The owners are easygoing and friendly, and the pool is beautiful. A really relaxing place, with rooms and studios that turned out to be bigger than we expected.
