Breakfast was nice and the staff seemed pleasant at first, though the water pressure was the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel. The coffee setup became the bigger issue. A sign showed they charged €2 for each Nescafé pod from the small machine. On our first day we asked Victoria if we could use pods from the supermarket, and she said that was fine, so we bought our own pods, milk, ice and even water for the machine. Things were fine until one morning when Victoria and her sister accused me of taking their pods. They also claimed I was using their glasses, though guests used the glasses for wine, water and other things. There was a lot of drama and some wild accusations over something that had been agreed to. It put a real damper on the last few days. They blamed customers for problems they were responsible for, and the whole thing felt petty and deflective. Sadly, not cool.

The family who run this Agroturisme were welcoming and helpful, and we had a lovely stay. It’s a peaceful, beautiful B&B in the Mallorcan countryside, about a 30-minute drive from Palma airport. The rooms and property are comfortable, very clean and well looked after. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of local ingredients. We loved it and would happily return.

We were blamed for taking coffee pods even though we bought our own. The day before we left, they accused us of it, then after our bad review they replied with claims that we had behaved inappropriately. Victoria had apologized to us in person for the “misunderstanding,” but on Google she doubled down. We were kind guests, tidied up after ourselves, and even cleaned the room because we felt bad for the woman doing the cleaning. The service was awful. On a call with Victoria a week after our stay, she yelled at me, was rude and gaslit me. She also screamed at customers and lied about problems. I recorded the call and will send it to booking. We felt unwelcome on our last day, and I would never recommend the place. I have a feeling they have a problem with gay guys.

With only a few rooms, it was easy to find some space and relax, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was high quality and great, and the family were naturally friendly and helpful. A truly lovely stay, highly recommended.

The rooms were spotless, breakfast was fresh and really good, and the staff were so friendly. The pool looked lovely too. Everything about the stay was perfect.
