The service felt very unfriendly. We’d already paid €32 for a taxi to bring my daughter for a 45-minute riding lesson. Afterward, we asked if we could look around the stables, but were told it was private property and had to leave, even though the taxi was already arranged. The price also felt high for what was offered. I wouldn’t come here for a pleasant day out.

The trainer and the horse I rode were the only parts I liked. The staff came across as arrogant and unwelcoming, and after the lessons we weren’t allowed to walk around and see the horses or stables. There was also a big White Swiss Shepherd running loose in the restaurant and barking at people. It really scared me.

Even as parents who don’t ride, we found the week very relaxing, and our 13-year-old daughter was thrilled with the riding. We stayed at the Horseranch in spring and had one of our best holidays. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and spotless, and we really recommend the restaurant. The Geiss family were lovely hosts who did a lot to make us comfortable. The ranch is peaceful and idyllic, while the lively center is only a few minutes away by car. We’d happily return.

We booked lunch at the restaurant because we wanted to visit the center, and had asked first about seeing the club facilities. When we arrived, we were told that wasn’t possible, given no information, and then a very unfriendly woman told us to leave. They showed no interest in us at all. It was a very unpleasant experience. No wonder nobody in Mallorca knows them. They’re so unfriendly.
