We booked and paid the manager directly two and a half months ahead, but on arrival day he didn't confirm that we'd have a place to stay. He gave us different excuses and left us stranded at the last minute, which caused a lot of inconvenience. He did return our money that day through Bizum, but the way he handled things was terrible and extremely unprofessional. We absolutely wouldn't recommend this place.

The location is what partly saves the experience, though the hotel's setting is truly ugly against the beautiful views around it. The room felt dated, comfort was very limited, and there was practically no soundproofing. Service tried, but the amateurishness and lack of attention to detail were obvious. Overall, I wouldn't give it more than one star. Also, expect to wait about 60 days for an invoice by email.
