The room was very clean, and once they got the lights working, I was glad to have AC. I really hadn't slept well before, and it helped me get a good night's rest. The place is quite outdated, though, and my room smelled of smoke. You can hear people coming and going, and I even had what seemed like a water leak when someone used their shower. It's on the outskirts of Logroño, so you'll need to call for a taxi or walk around the building to get public transport, which is very affordable. If I were in a pinch, I'd stay again.

I booked through Booking, and seconds after confirming, noticed it had defaulted to the next day. I called right away and was told to contact Booking. Booking said the refund was up to the property. They called the property, which refused to refund me, so it got double money for that room. I understand the cancellation policy, but refusing when I called just minutes later feels greedy. This has happened to me a couple of times when the date defaults to the wrong day after a certain hour, and I've had no trouble getting a refund before. They have no scruples about keeping pilgrims' money.
