10/10
We thought breakfast was really good, and the hotel offers great value for the price. It's within walking distance of everything in the city. Whenever we're in Logrono, whether passing through on the way to Galicia or visiting for the wine, we stay here. Logrono is the biggest city in the region and sort of serves as the capital of Rioja. Best hotel in Logrono!

6/10
The room felt somewhat overpriced for what we got. Ours was small and looked into a family's apartment, so we had to keep the windows shut. That left it quite dark, and the air conditioning wasn't working well, making it hard to get good air circulation. Still, the room was nice overall, and the location in Logrono is good for a short stay, with lots of pintxos bars and restaurants within walking distance.

10/10
Really well located, and we had a fantastic stay. Our room was big and clean, with great air conditioning and everything we could ask for. They're dog friendly, though their policy lets dogs stay alone in the room over breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

8/10
The staff we dealt with were brilliant, and the location is good. The rooms aren't the biggest, but they're well appointed. Parking can be hazardous unless you have a fairly small car.

2/10
The employees weren't accommodating and showed little flexibility. The air conditioner in the room didn't cool. Definitely wouldn't recommend it, and it doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel.
