Pensión La Bilbaina - Albergue Logroño

The staff were busy, but still very accommodating. The room was nicely laid out, and the bathrooms were clean with everything working properly. Fresh bedding and towels were provided, duvets included, and there was even an oscillating fan. The location was perfect for going out to the bars. Definitely a five star albergue. Highly recommend.

We had confirmed by email that we'd booked four rooms for five people for two nights, but when we arrived, nothing had been reserved for us. They didn't have enough rooms, and could offer just one night instead of the two we'd booked. They didn't seem to be trying to sort it out at all. I think they overbooked, so be careful, you might end up spending the night on the street. Luckily we found somewhere nearby, or we'd have been stuck outside.

It's a clean, cheap little place close to the busiest food streets. My only complaint is that the staff can be a bit noisy in the mornings, when a hangover hits hardest.

Right in the center of town, with a simple, clean, inexpensive room and a small balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the laundry service was quick and affordable.
