Apartamento Gran Via Logroño

A nicer hotel than most, in a good location. The rooms got very warm, and staff couldn't cool them because the central air controls the whole building rather than individual rooms. We also overheard that the hotel switches off the AC in the early morning until 2PM to save energy. It felt like the hotel was saving money at the expense of guests' comfort and experience. Otherwise, it's a good location, and I'll probably return on my next business trip.

The location is good, and the service is very courteous. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, though the coffee could be better. The rooms feel old, the shower water pressure is weak, and there are no drawers.

The parking garage was a nightmare, and the staff weren't helpful. There was no air conditioning. When I asked about it, they said it didn't work and told me to open a window. Terrible place.

Getting to the hotel parking means going around the back using a one-way system. The drop-off area out front doesn't work well: both lowered kerb sections leading onto the pedestrian walkway were blocked by parked cars when we arrived. We had to get a loaded motorcycle over a 9-inch kerb. If you're travelling by motorcycle, look for an easier facility.
