The apartment was airy, and even though the air con can't be on after nine, I slept well and woke up without a hangover. I credit the upstairs bed and the excellent tap water for that. There are at least 30 butter pads in the fridge, plus four beers and some red wine. The wine was chilled, which I still don't understand, but at least there was plenty to drink. It's a lovely five-star city center flat with comfy beds and great views if you open the windows and sort of scooch through them a bit. Probably don't, though. It loses a star because there were no personal hooks for headphones, so Jack took mine, then gains one back for the wine, and another for the beers.

The host, Carlos, paid close attention to everything and made sure the experience was great. The apartment is welcoming and pleasant, with two private spaces, and it's equipped for a stay of several days, including with a larger group. It's right in the city center. Just be aware it's on the fourth floor with no elevator. The staircase is wide and easy to manage.
