We spent one night here while passing through on the Camino de Santiago. After walking so many kilometers, it was easy to find a room right in the centre, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. I'd give it four stars for two reasons. The old, small fridge and microwave took up space and weren't a nice sight. Also, the double mattress had a strange shape. My husband and I were in room number 3, and we think the owner should try sleeping on that mattress. It really needs replacing.

I saw some of the bad Google reviews before booking, but went ahead anyway. Please don't make the same mistake. I travel a lot for work and these were the rudest owners I've ever dealt with. For 15 days before my stay, I tried several times to reach them by phone and email and never got an answer. They don't pick up the phone. On the day, they sent a WhatsApp message with entry instructions. I found them complicated, and when I tried to message the owners, they told me off and blocked me. Don't give your money to this tourist trap. There are much friendlier and more professional hotels and room rentals around La Rioja.
