Fantastic. Just heaven.

I was traveling through northern Spain and had visited Bodegas Ysios and Marqués de Riscal, where I bought some wines I really liked. I was headed to Logroño for my last stop and staying at the Hotel Ciudad de Logroño. I went to this tobacconist hoping to buy a full box of cigars, since Google photos showed boxes on display. The owner told me customers are limited to five cigars each, which was disappointing because that's why I made the trip. It would save people time and unnecessary journeys if the limit were mentioned in the Google results or description. Thank you.

I'm a regular customer, but a Partagas cigar I bought the other day was bone dry. It looked fine in the box, where only two were left, but when I lit it the next day, the leaves all started cracking. I told the shop owner what had happened, and she said she couldn't do anything. She wouldn't replace the defective cigar she'd sold me. I've told her she's lost a customer, and I wish the new owners all the worst. I urge people not to buy from this shop. Thank you.
